TENBY 8 WAY BATTLE
TENBY CAMERA CLUB NEWS
Tenby held its annual multi club competition last Thursday night, where seven other West Wales Camera clubs joined with Tenby, in competition to win the Tenby Challenge Trophy.
Cardigan, Carmarthen, Kidwelly, Llanelli, Newquay, Towy Valley, and Trostre. Each submitting ten images to be judged and scored by one of Wales most well respected judges, Gareth Martin from Port Talbot.
Gareth had an enormous task, judging and giving excellent and constructive critique to all 80 images, a job he performed with true professionalism. There was a buffet, enjoyed by everyone at the halftime break, followed by a raffle.
Gareth returned to the floor and continued his judging, the results were that Tenby was the overall winner with 183 points.
We are very grateful to our judge Gareth Martin and all those clubs who traveled miles to participate in an excellent evening, and to those members of Tenby Camera Club who provided and organised an excellent buffet and generous raffle.
Many thanks to all
