The Tenby 8 Way Battle
Tenby & District Camera Club held their annual battle on the
25th September. There were 8 clubs competing for the trophy
with 8 digital images entered from each club . The judge for the
evening was Rob Mitchell who took on the task of critiquing and
scoring 64 excellent images. There was a super range of
genres to be viewed and appreciated by Tenby CC members
and guests from other competing clubs.
The winning club was Morriston with 146 points out of a
maximum 160. They also won the Best Image, “If I were a Rich
Man” . Tenby CC came joint 2nd with Trostre CC, each club
scoring 139/160.
This is a very popular evening, with members providing an
excellent buffet and a super selection of raffle prizes. Thank you
to all that contributed and to Ali Rees for organising the raffle.
Thanks also to Rob Cox, Charlie Kidd and Jo Wakeman for that
extra effort given to make the evening a success .
Thanks to all the photographic authors whose images were
used in the competition . An excellent standard as always .
