Leigh Woolford
Leigh Woolford
On Thursday 14 September Tenby Camera Club once again welcomed Leigh Woolford.
Leigh has visited the club on several occasions, both as a presenter and a judge. Once again Leigh kept us entertained with his laid back style of presenting as well as treating us to some spectacular images.
Leigh's gave his presentation in two parts. In the first part Leigh showed us some of his extensive range of mono prints from his travels, some of which were future competition and salon entries and some which had already been successful in competitions and salons both for himself and for his home club of Gwyfa. We saw some wonderful landscapes from Iceland and Scotland as well as others from projects Leigh has set himself such as "Perspective" and "Isolation". The second part was a travelogue of a recent visit to Hong Kong with the emphasis on providing an insight into the city and culture of Hong Kong as opposed to taking competition and salon winning images.
The Chairman thanked Leigh on behalf of the club and we look forward to his next visit.
