Digital Smart Phone Competition 2026
Tenby & District Camera Club held its first “Smart Phone Digital Competition”
There were an impressive 59 images submitted with judge Johnnie Rogers tasked with scoring and critiquing the wide range of images. The Competition was held via Zoom with the audience in StFlorence Hall and the judge at home in Newport .
The results were as follows.
The Gold medal was won by Melanie Felton for “Higher & Higher”
The Silver Medal was won by Gillian Mackay for “Birds Eye View”
The Bronze medal was won by John Slater for “Saint Malo, France”
There were 7 Highly Commended images
Sara Josey for “Common Carder Bee”
Al Rees for “Born beside the Sea”
Gill Mackay for “David Lewis”
Sara Josey for “Painted Lady Feeding”
John Powell for “Take me to Church”
